Company Information (for Retained, Contingency or Shared-Risk searches)

I want to be of maximum service to you while taking a minimum of your time.  I do not want to waste your time with applicants who are not qualified for the position you have.  Any time I send you a resume the applicant will have been screened, and I will have discussed your company and the position available.  In most cases a detailed interview sheet will be provided along with the resume.

I will ask for details about:

• the job specification
• the work environment
• your company history, values, goals

The better I know your company, the better I can present it to applicants. I prefer to meet in person to get to know your company better if you have time available.  If possible, I prefer to spend some of my working time on client sites.
