I have been a technical recruiter for over ten years. In June of 1997 I opened my own company in order to improve the level of service I was providing to both applicants and companies.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from RIT.

I have seven years of experience as a Software Engineer and two years of experience as a Network Manager.

I am one of few recruiters in Rochester that has a degree, and experience, in the area that I am recruiting for.  Even fewer have that combined with an SPHR.

You will probably find that my style is different from that of most other recruiters.  I am dedicated to service, honesty, and integrity.
