3/3/08: The past few years have definitely held a lot of change for me. I recent months I have changed my business model yet again. I am still working with just a few small technology companies, but I am now doing much of my recruiting from a new office. I will be on site with my clients about half of my time.

I am working with Viewpoint Data Management. Technically they are not a new client, as I have worked with them several times over the past ten years, but this is a new division with a software product called Aperio.  I expect to be filling a number of positions over the next half year, and more if the company growth continues as expected.  Right now I am looking for Windows Developers with 2-7 years of experience for their implementation team.  The nature of the product requires customization for each implementation.  This is a wonderful small company, and this would be an excellent time to get into it.  You can contact me at ederbyATmyaperioDOTcom.

I am now working with Odyssey Software. This is another client that I worked for in the past. It is a great small company working with Microsoft Windows mobile technologies, and produces and sells a software product called Athena.  I am looking to fill four new product oriented positions:  Software Engineer (Windows Desktop), Software Engineer (Windows Mobile), System Engineer, and a Technical Writer. I do not have a third client right now as I am happy with the two clients I have. Once I get things moving and I get a few of the positions filled, then I will begin to look for a third client.

I also plan to make a more changes to this web site.  Nothing fancy but I will be adding in my past newsletters which will form something similar to a blog.

My current plan is to be at client sites on Monday, and in my office the rest of the week.
